I have always enjoyed taking part and watching sport, however immersing myself in capturing the images from a sporting event brings another perspective on the understanding and appreciation of what is involved in success in sport.

Capturing the moment when it all comes together : the hard work in training, the effort through collective endeavour, team mates looking out for each other : to the moment of scoring, winning and celebrating. Being there on that journey and in support of the team and the individuals involved provides a significant buzz.
