The Inter District Championship was re-instated in 2023 and I was lucky enough to be appointed their photographer. I am fascinated by the approach of identifying the best players from across each district, bringing them together, developing their team ethos and performing at a higher level, with one eye on their history and one eye on achieving their true potential against whatever comes in front of them. Again this is the type of assignment I thoroughly enjoy, getting to know the coaching staff and players in the training sessions and then following them in the match day games. Capturing the action, the camaraderie, the thoughtfulness and the banter. Perfect assignment for what drives me.
